This new apartment, on the top level of a small luxury building, is of an innovative concept: the 2 glass facades open fully so that you can enjoy the 80 m2 terrace: inside you live outside and outside. outside you enjoy indoor comfort. Special care was given in the choice of materials: Granite, marble, oak parquet, oak paneling ... In a few minutes by car you can take advantage of Lake Annecy with these beaches or the historic center with these canals. Outside at the rear could be tidied up a bit, and the residential road it is on, while not bad or dangerous in any way, is not as upmarket as you would expect for a property like this. It is the only property of its type and way better than any other property on the road. The owner Michel was a very kind and attentive man and went way beyond his duties in helping us resolve difficulties with the rental car. If you do stay, make sure you have a SMALL car, as the car parks in Annecy are largely the underground type seemingly designed to cause damage to cars! ##### Adrian R.
