In a heavenly context, we offer for your unforgettable holidays, an enchanting Villa with private pool, a few steps from the sea, unique in its kind.  
"Villa Nereide" is the place where luxury and nature find their balance in a game of taste and harmony.  
Our guests can enjoy maximum peace, observe magnificent sunsets directly from the panoramic swimming pool or from the terraces overlooking the sea, benefiting from all the comforts that make the structure ideal for families and groups of friends.  
The house is on 2 levels, on the pool floor it has a completely independent unit consisting of: living room with open kitchen, two double bedrooms and comfortable bathroom, independent entrance and sliding glass door facing the swimming pool. On the first floor there is the main residence, consisting of, sea view lounge, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, master bathroom, large veranda and magnificent solarium. Adjacent to the main residence is the annex, an independent unit consisting of a lovely double bedroom with private bathroom. The Villa is also surrounded by a courtyard area, partially fenced to accommodate your four-legged friends. The structure is completed by three suggestive terraces and a characteristic barbecue area with a wood oven inserted in the rock.  
  
PLACES OF INTEREST AND ACTIVITY  
"Villa Nereide" is located a few steps (150m) from the beach of Baia Santa Reparata (a favorite place for divers for its cliffs and its clear seabed) and the two crystal clear Capo Testa beaches (Rena di Levante and Rena di Ponente), characterized by sandy coasts, rocky coves and crystal clear, turquoise and transparent waters, completely sheltered from the winds.  
Not far away are the enchanting beaches of Cala Spinosa, Rena Bianca, La Liccia, La Licciola, La Marmorata, Cala Sanbuco, Cala Grande, with equally enchanting and exciting colors.  
For those who want to immerse themselves in a timeless dimension and out of conventions, they can reach the nearby Cala Grande or better known as the Valley of the Moon for the particular white shade that its rocks take in the moonlight. Wir haben haben eine Woche Ferien mit Freunden und Familie in diesem Haus verbracht (13 Personen). Platz war ausreichend vorhanden, die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten war für mehrere Familien ideal. Die fantastische Lage direkt am Meer (3 Min. zu Fuss zum Strand) und der Pool und die riesige Terrasse haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Leider waren bei unserer Ankunft die Bäder nur mangelhaft geputzt und ein Bettrahmen war gebrochen. Der Eigentümer hat jedoch unsere Beschwerde jedoch einsichtig zur Kenntnis genommen und sogar noch am selben Tag ein neues Bett liefern und aufstellen lassen.
