Clean, warm, reasonably priced, damage deposit returned the very next day. Within minutes of Powderhorn Ski area. Information about local restaurants and attractions was made available. Very clean and as warm as we wished. The only reason for an average rating on listing accuracy was because I didn’t know there was no kitchen. Honestly I just assumed that it was a stand alone unit. Assumptions should be verified. But the lack of kitchen was made up for by a snack area with a Keurig, plenty of any pods anyone could be expected to want, a basket of snack items, granola bars, chips, etc., and a mini fridge with complimentary water. Wi-fi was available as well as a tv in each room with Netflix, video etc. Thanks very much to Lisa and Scott for having this great place to stay! ##### Kirk B. A short walk or an instantaneous drive gets you to the base camp.
