The narrow isthmus that links the Bukit Peninsula with the rest of the island is visible, and you can see Bali's chain of volcanoes. At night, the view of the island's southern plains ablaze is equally spectacular.

The Villa:
This sophisticated and luxurious 3 story villa - situated on a hilltop in Jimbaran - has the most INCREDIBLE VIEWS you've ever seen! Enjoy the most colorful sunset, dipping in your private infinity pool (16 x 4 meters) or sipping a fresh cocktail when you lie down and relax in the Bale Benong (Gazebo).

The large living / dining area has a wall or sliding glass doors which can be fully open! The villa is well decorated with an eclectic assortment of antiques and textiles but the atmosphere is slightly modern. Traditional carved Balinese doors let you enter the villa with 5 bedrooms with names like Earth, Water, Fire, Wood and Metal. The master bedroom even has a full wall or sliding glass doors facing the magnificent view! There is also an in-house spa room with therapists on call. The total property size is 920 square meters, the villa has a surface area or 320 square meters and is build in 2014.

In this gated community there are many villas but all separated from each other. The villas are not identical to each other but are all equipped with wide bedrooms (with air-conditioning!) spacious en-suite bathrooms, huge kitchen with all the kitchen stuff you want to use and -or course- your own private pool to dip, cool down or practice for the Olympic Games!

The panoramic view - stretching across the south coast of Bali - is breathtaking every minute of the day!

The Staff:
When you arrive you will be welcomed with a cool drink. There is a help desk and a cleaning lady who can make you breakfast and a gardener. There is also a private security guard who watches over the villa at night. No, it is very safe about here but -in emergencies or if you have questions- you always have a person to speak with.

We can offer a daily breakfast for 180k Rupiah per person / per day. And, if you want lunch / dinner or BBQ on your own villa-terrace (with separate BBQ / grill area), chefs can be hired to prepare a delicious meal (or your choice) or handle the BBQ against a small charge. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood to enjoy a good meal but you can use the great kitchen and prepare your own if you wish. The kitchen is well equipped with all the amenities (eg dishwasher, oven, 2 big fridge) you want! Free WiFi (Fiber internet 30Mb) is available!

We can also provide a baby cot and high chair at cost.

The villa is totally private, as a guest you have access to everything this luxury villa has to offer.

Transfer:
Our help desk can arrange pick-up service from the airport with an air-co car and English speaking driver for RP 300,000 for max 4 persons (Rp400,000 for a big car suitable for 8-9 persons). Our help desk can also help you arrange day trips or taxi services. Only for about RP650. 000 per day (air-co OF suitable for 1-5 people) he will safely take you anywhere (incl. Petrol). There is also the possibility to rent motorbikes (scooter). The staff will be happy to arrange this for you.

This villa is ideally situated as a central point for exploring The Bukit Peninsula, from the serene bay of Jimbaran, to the mighty cliffs and surf beaches at the island's southern-most tip, all easily reached with a car / driver or with a moped ( scooter).
Go for instance to the famous Uluwatu temple with the best sunset where you can have a drink in a bar. There are plenty of golden beaches in the neighborhood for surfing and swimming like Padang Padang beach and Balang beach. There are a lot of restaurants and bars. Try for instance the Jimbaran fish restaurants on the beach or El Kabron Cliff Club, voted the best sunset destination in Bali.
