The apartment is ground floor with a large garden area great for sunbathing, having a BBQ or letting the kids play. The living room is spacious seating 4 easily on the comfy sofas while relaxing watching your favourite programs on the full English satellite system as well there is free wifi. The dining area seats 4 with an additional 2 bar stools for the kitchen breakfast bar. The living room also is fitted with air-con. The kitchen is fully fitted to cater for any cooking if self-catering on your holiday. Both bedrooms have twin beds with the master having an ensuite full shower room. There is also a large full family bathroom. Walk out of the garden and just down the path 200 feet is the large communal pool where you can play in the water, or relax in the sun on the grass. What makes this the perfect holiday home, simple, location, and size, this is the perfect holiday apartment in the Las Violetas area of Villamartin. Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe – Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose, from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band, and more. Het huis was zeer vochtig en erg smerig, het bestek en verdere inventaris was ook smerig. in de keuken waren alle randen vuil en beschimmelt in de naden en randen van het raam en kookplaat lag allemaal beschimmeld vet, tevens was de koelkast niet om aan te pakken en de naden randen en vriesvak vol met vet en beschimmeld vuil. De buren vertelden ons al dat de "2 heren" die het verzorgen, niets aan de woning deden en dat het een smerig huis was. De eerste dag hebben we gelijk gemaild maar zij konden niet komen, later ook niet, hierna geen reactie meer gehad. zelf hebben we nieuwe lakens, bestek en kop en schotels gekocht, tevens vaatdoekjes, toiletpapier en keukenrollen en vuilniszakken. niet voor herhaling vatbaar!!! wij hopen dat andere hier niet intrappen mooie plaatjes op de site, maar jaren verwaarloost en vervuild! ##### Sidney R.
