The river on the property was beautiful; the firepit & huge supply of firewood was a big hit, and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space! The interior was very clean, and everything was extremely well stocked, cookware, linens, etc. Washer & dryer was great to have too! Cleanliness was met when we arrived. I liked the wrap around porch for the kids to play around. The main level was upstairs and there were 2 separate units downstairs. Trying to go downstairs was a challenge come nighttime because there was no light leading downstairs. Thankful for the 3 fridge, more than enough space for our food and drinks. We had a very nice stay away from the heat of Ky. We rented a boat to go to Pictured Rocks which was stunning. Also went to various falls and went kayaking. We built some nice fires and really enjoyed the area. The lodge was extremely well stocked. If you enjoy the outdoors there is plenty of hikes and activities. Very clean, comfortable, roomy and plenty of room for parking trucks/trailers. None of us had any complaints whatsoever and anticipate we will return sometime in the future.
