Tastefully decorated, featuring two decks, hardwood floors throughout except for baths and stairs.1 gas fireplaces, 1 wood fire place, large harvest DR table,and all the amenities of home. Great porch to watch the water view. Looking for a single family, non-smoking and pet friendly. Snow removal ,Utilities, water/sewer and internet/cable included. partially refundable deposit to be used for monthly expenses, damage and departure cleaning.Baby chair is available according requirement.
The neighborhood all around Georgian bay water front.Outstanding views of Georgain Bay.lookouts,walking trails,skating trails,scenic caves and of course skiing is all within minutes.The Scenic Caves is family friendly,activity rich destination.There are suspension bridges,tree top trekking,mini golf,caves and more.

Amazing property & owners
I stayed with two friends for two months as we were working remotely and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The location is beautiful, right on the water, and the house is also very spacious and clean, with everything needed at our disposal when we arrived. The hosts were also really approachable and helpful with any questions we had. Definitely recommend the stay for anyone looking for either a vacation or a quiet place to spend a few weeks.
