You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Pure privacy with incredible sea views
Villa Le Fontanelle, named after the centuries-old parcel name "i huntaneri", is located slightly below the municipality of Gasperina: "La terrazza sull Ionio".
The location offers maximum privacy and an indescribable view.
The building is only visible from the beach, otherwise only insiders know the way to the house.
The pool house with outdoor kitchen offers everything your heart desires.
The pool, the two day beds and 8 deck chairs invite you to linger all day.
The villa has been stylishly furnished by young interior designers with exotic mango wood furniture.
Each room has been individually decorated and gives you a feeling of pure holiday mood!
Comfortable mattresses, air-conditioned bedrooms and mosquito nets built into the windows let you sleep peacefully every night!
The total of four wet rooms (four showers and a bathtub) offer enough comfort to reduce waiting times to a minimum.
The house is divided into two units that can be used separately or together.
The main house has four bedrooms for 8 people, two wet areas, living and dining room, a 90m2 terrace with sea view and a beautiful Carrara marble kitchen.
The granny flat has its own kitchen, a wet room, a bedroom (2 pers.) And a sofa bed (2 pers.) And a 50m2 terrace, of course also with a view of the sea.
In addition, all berths are equipped with a USB connection.
A travel cot is also available for families with small children.
The pool area .... my favorite place. On warm days, I usually spend the whole day there. The tranquility of nature is indescribable. The infinity pool is fantastic. (see profile picture) An outdoor shower and an outdoor toilet (of course in the house but accessible from the outside) offer all the comforts to relax all day.
In the pool house you will find everything your heart desires. The fridge with water and ice dispenser is extremely practical. The television with internet connection is perfect for playing the best sound on the two UE Megabooms 3. Nikki Beach Feeling at its finest ....
Incidentally, all four Smart TVs have Netflix and other apps installed. So you can watch your series even during the holidays.
Two large entrances and a double garage also offer enough space for at least six vehicles.
All in all, this house from A-Z offers everything you need from a villa in your category!

Marvellous vila with fantastic sea view
Everything was perfect just as on photos and descriprion. Davide and his co-hosts Rino and Caterina were allways ready to help with everything! Very nice location of the villa, total privacy, clean and nice pool, perfectly equipped pool house as well as the entire villa. 100% satisfaction.

Great house!
Beautiful views! Family members totaling 10 and plenty of room for everyone, super comfortable. Davide was very responsive as the owner, and Catarina and Rino made everything very easy. This is a top property, you will not be disappointed!
