It has everything you need in a place to go to relax and enjoy the beach. Private swimming pool right next to the beach. Walgreens across the street and plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. I plan to return to this beautiful, beach front apartment on my next trip back to PR. Not only was it clean and safe but it had everything you need to make the best out of your stay and save some money on those extra expenses. The kitchen was fully equipped (even basic condiments and coffee) No oven but a nice air fryer and good size microwave. Beach chairs, toys and life vests. There were several BBQ stations on property common area. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores (Walgreens across the street). A car rental just across the street and others nearby. You can use this location as your base and do more tourism around the island besides the beach. WiFi and TV streaming worked well. King bed was comfortable (on the firm side) Sofa was comfortable.
