This is a top floor two-story condo overlooking a beautiful forested area above the Powdermill Creek just north of Powdermill Falls. The condo was totally remodeled in 2020 with new kitchen, bathroom, carpet, fixtures, and more. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer big enough for your provisions and perhaps the day's catch, an electric stove/oven, microwave and coffeemaker. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, pots, pans, and more. The full bathroom features a shower with adjustable head, tub, toilet, and vanity. The bathroom is stocked with linen service including towels and washcloths. The living room features a solid oak dining room table, with 4 chairs (a 5th is in the closet you can use), pull-out sofa sleeper and LED smart TV with cable package. The closet also has a cot and linens. The master suite features a queen bed, workstation, vanity, and additional storage. Note that there is stairs in the unit. No elevator on site. Please note my cancelation policy as no exceptions are made to the policy. Thank you in advance for your understanding. The property was exactly as described and was a great deal. The location was perfect for skiing at Big Powderhorn and Snowriver resorts.
