But you may never need to leave the Acres as this wonderful wooded neighborhood includes a man-made lake (Lake Eaton) to enjoy fishing and boating that is surrounded by a private 8 mile trail system for cross country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, or trail running. The Lake Eaton Picnic Area includes tennis courts, a playground and much more. If you are an angler, you’ll love the private access point to the West branch of the Ausable River. And after exploring the Acres, you can sit back and relax on the large deck surrounded by peaceful woods or curl up by the fire in the cozy family room.
