Located one mile from the Magnolia Silos and Market and Baylor University, the home was completely remodeled in 2019\. While updating 100% of the home, the home still has original wood floors, wood ceilings, and shiplap. A new wrap around porch was added overlooking the beautiful oak tree. The home has state of the art appliances and electronics, a gourmet kitchen plus luxurious linens and all new furniture. We sat on the porch and watched the fireflies and enjoyed the thunderstorms. It was conveniently located to everything and only a 5-minute drive to Silos and 10 minutes to Baylor.
