We have stayed at countless VRBO’s and this hands down was the cleanest and most comfortable place we have stayed. The beds were fabulous. Communication prior to stay was thorough and detailed! The small and big details are beyond noticeable throughout the entire place. It was a little farther than we normally like to be from campus but was still accessible. Like most rentals in Waco this beautiful property was in a neighborhood like most with some redos and fixer uppers. We would definitely choose to stay at this property again. The backyard set up was adorable and had weather been a little cooler would have been the perfect spot to have coffee or hang out as a family. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home with our family! The house is exactly as you see it online, super clean and super comfortable. There is no dining table so if you have a few people you will have to eat sitting on the couches or chairs but that would not deter me from staying here again. The neighborhood is quiet and close to Baylor. We ALL loved this house and enjoyed our stay here! ##### Pia A.
