The place was different than advertised on line and the change of unit was not communicated to us prior to arrival. My husband had to carry a heavy bag upstairs unexpectedly. The communication back to us at that time was very responsive with a prompt 1 night credit. The place that we actually stayed in was too small for 4 people.Beds too soft and pillows too hard for our liking but plenty of towels and a wondeful hot shower.
