### Light and airy 1 bedroom flat 700m from Bournemouth Beach

Relax and unwind in this beautifully designed, modern Bournemouth Town Centre flat, 700 metres from Bournemouth's 7 miles of Golden sandy beach!  
The accommodation is light and airy with a large sitting room, complete with large sofa bed. Ideal for couples, or families with one good sized double bedroom. This flat has a unique town centre location, with some of the best bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Check out our other listings.  
The space  
Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an 1850's Grade 2 listed Georgian building. The newly refurbished apartment boosts many original features including High ceilings and sash windows.  
  
Upon entering you are greeted with a large bright and spacious Lounge with two large sash windows, which flood the room with light. A Large sofa which easily pulls out into a bed. Smart TV, free wifi and beach chic touches which complement the decor. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, washing machine, tea, coffee and basic condiments. The master bedroom has a large sash window with white venetians blinds. A comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, hair dryer and both full length and wall mirror.  
The bathroom consists of a bath with shower and glass screen. Tiled floor, lavatory, sink and it comes with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap.  
Other things to note  
Please be aware that the Free Parking is on a first come basis at the front of the building shared between other flats. There are Two large carparks within 2min or less walk of the apartment.
