The property boasts gated free parking with modern furnishings, ideal for that quick getaway or long stay for families or on business. This cheerful & modern townhouse is perfect for families and groups of friends. The property can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a living/dining area, separate kitchen and family bathroom along with good size bedrooms, including an en-suite The first bedroom has a Super King size bed which can be split into 2 singles for convenience, this room also comes with it's own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a double and single bed. And the third bedroom includes a single bed. There is also a small double sofa bed and a single sofa bed in the living room. Guests can enjoy high quality hotel style bed linen and bathroom essentials including shampoo and body wash. This property comes with free private parking which is a bonus being so close to the city centre. There is also a secure car park just across the road for any additional vehicles. You will have access to the entire property. Upon entering from the car port which is at the rear of the property, you will need to use the stairs to get to the living/dining area and kitchen on the middle floor. There is also access from the front of the property (which has only one step outside the door) this takes you straight to middle floor where the living/dining area and kitchen is. Being in the centre of Bournemouth everything is on your doorstep from shops, restaurants and bars.
