Super easy for ski in ski out access. A surprisingly spacious layout inside means you don’t feel on top of each other. Kitchen is compact but very well equipped and the nespresso machine was a great bonus. Communication with host was very good but check in details could have been better. We had to ask for these. Make sure you bring your own bedding. Oversight on our part but not included. The double bed wasn’t the best, high to get in and out of and because of the way it’s been made it made creaking noises when you moved. But overall we had a great stay at this apartment. Perfect for a family of 4\. The extra toilet was very much appreciated. A really warm and cosy apartment. All amenities are on the door step. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de ski aux Arcs, dans l'appartement de Florence et Emmanuel et je le recommande vivement. Il est très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du funiculaire, 2 minutes de la place du soleil, accès direct aux pistes (TS La cachette). La décoration est cosy, avec 3 lits dans l'entrée et un lit double dans une chambre cabine, petite cuisine fonctionnelle et très bel espace dans le salon séjour, avec une belle luminosité l'après-midi .. cela fait plaisir de rentrer après une journée à l'extérieur! Petit bémol : nous avons eu qq soucis d'eau chaude à l'heure où tout le monde prend sa douche le soir (créneau de 15-30 minutes à éviter), mais la personne qui s'occupe de la résidence a été d'une grande gentillesse et disponibilité pour nous. ##### Sandrine J.
