DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:   
Recent 3-bedroom flat, 80m², sleeps 8, on the 5th floor from the main façade, with a lift (second floor from the main entrance).  
\- Living room : Sofa, armchair, coffee table, footrest, dining table, access to the 10sqm terrace with table and chairs, TV  
\- Kitchen opened onto the living room: hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster  
\- Bedroom n°1 : master bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm), shower room, and access to the 6sqm terrace  
\- Bedroom n°2: 2 twin beds (80x200 cm)  
\- Bedroom n°3: 2 sets of bunk beds with shower room ( 4 beds 80x200 cm)  
\- Bathroom/WC  
\- Separate WC  
\- Additional Equipments: Wifi, washing-machine and a dryer, 1 Ski locker  
\- Pets not allowed

The rental price includes: towels included, linen with beds made up, 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen and dishes).

In winter, the ski schools and slopes are a 2-minute walk away, and in summer, Club Hero is also just 2 minutes away.  
In summer, there's a bike room in the residence, mountain bike hire 2 minutes away, nearby golf, hiking, climbing, nearby aquatic area with swimming pool, paragliding, accrobranche ... and various white-water sports!
