The renovated kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and dishwasher. The living room has a double sofa bed, dining table and flat-screen TV. Upstairs (the mezzanine is less than 1.80 m high) there is a sleeping area with two single beds and another sleeping area closed off by a sliding door with one double bed. The balcony faces south.
