Duplex apartment comprising an entrance hall, separate toilet and kitchen opening onto the living room. The kitchen is equipped with 3 electric hobs, a mini oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, kettle and toaster The living room has a 140 cm sofa bed and a TV. On the mezzanine, there is a bathroom with a bath and toilet, as well as a sleeping area separated by a curtain with two bunk beds (90 cm) and one double bed (160 cm). The balcony faces west, with unobstructed views of the valley. Access to the slopes from the 4th floor.
