DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:   
70m² apartment for 7 people, located on level -1 (residence entrance) and on the 2nd floor (from the residence façade) with a lift.  
\- Living room: sofa, TV.  
\- Kitchen opened onto the living room: dishwasher, fridge, multifunction oven, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, kettle, toaster.  
\- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (80x190 cm) with storage space.  
\- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (80x190 cm) with storage space + shower room + WC.   
\- Bedroom 3: 1 bunk beds (2 persons - 80x190 cm) + 1 single bed (80x190 cm) with storage space.  
\- Bathroom, separate WC  
\- Additional Equipments: WIFI, washing machine with dryer, covered car park (height max 2m10, ski locker  
\- No pet allowed.  
  
The rental price includes: towels included, linen with beds made up, 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen and dishes).  
  
Additional tourist tax according to the current rate.

ARCS 1800 - Residence 4 cristaux : L'ISERAN. Mountain atmosphere for this 4 room apartment, close to the slopes, well exposed with a magnificent panoramic view of Mont Blanc.   
Composed of 46 apartments, this high-standing residence is ski-in ski-out in the winter, enjoying an amazing view, and with a heated indoor swimming-pool.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:   
Located in Arcs 1800, in the village of Chantel, a quiet area and a few minutes from the resort centre, the ESF and its shops with free inter-station shuttles. The bus stop is right in front of the Residence. Le « petit marché » store and Le Voga Goga Restaurant are located on the square of Edenarc.   
The connection, between le Chantel and the resort centre, is available with the Dahu cable car in 3 minutes only.

The resort of Les Arcs is perfect for lovers of skiing.
