"Wonderful location. Walkable to the port along the waterfront in about 20 minutes. Taxis just outside the door and lots of wonderful restaurants in walking distance. "The staff was terrific. Very helpful and responsive. The hotel is a bit challenging to find as no cars are allowed on it's little cobblestone alleyway. Arriving in that area in Naples, with wall to wall graffiti everywhere is a bit disconcerting, especially at 7am when the streets are pretty deserted. However, by mid morning everything was bustling and we had a wonderful day, taking lots of suggestions from the hotel staff. "

"Seventh floor room with no elevator. You have to carry your baggage up 130 steps similar to a medieval castle. The room is fine but the trip up is challenging. Fortunately my wife wasn’t with me or I would have had to forfeit the rent and found a real hotel. If you like climbing this is the place for you."
