Unusual "sixties" pavilion with an atypical "modernist" architecture - completely rehabilitated into a comfortable resort - nestled on the slope at the foot of a well-exposed southern hillside, overlooking the Breuil lake & its leisure center ( multitude of activities for all ages / fishing, skatepark, children's play area, picnic tables, water activities, min-golf, etc.). In a peaceful & historic residential area (formerly linked to the local Iveco company) nestled in a dead end, a stone's throw from all the amenities & the medieval village, such as thermal establishments, the casino, numerous sports facilities. leisure activities (including swimming pool & tennis), the Puzenat public park steeped in history (6 ha enclosed with rare & remarkable century-old trees, where deer graze!). Historic spa town (recognized since antiquity by the Romans for the virtues of its "waters"), Bourbon-Lancy has a very rich heritage (11th century Romanesque church, medieval enclosure and its half-timbered houses, ramparts district , various castles, churches & chapels, etc.) and enjoys the surrounding gentle hilly countryside, between agriculture & "outdoor nature", a magnificent preserved green setting combining sublime Charolais bocage, fields of crops, beautiful forests, rivers & ponds.
