Perfect for solo travelers, adventurers, romantic getaways, or someone looking for a nature reset, this space is your ideal base for exploring Boulder and surrounding areas stunning landscapes. Just 15 minutes from Wedgwood Weddings venue on Canyon Blvd. Guest Access: • Private entrance through a family room (no access to kitchen, laundry, or family room). • One reserved parking space at the top just off the gravel driveway; a short walk down driveway to stairs is required to reach the entrance. No trailers, campers, or street parking allowed. • 420-friendly patio; no tobacco products permitted on the property. Important Details: • Elevation & Climate: At 8,000 feet, nights are cooler (no AC; box and tabletop fans provided). Pack for variable weather and use provided robes/throws for comfort. I went on several beautiful hikes with varying lengths/difficulty. It is very close to Boulder and Nederland, giving two very different city/town vibes. I recommend the Boulder Falls and Rainbow Lakes trails (there is a rough road leading to the trail head, so be prepared for that). Donna and Michael were very responsive and kind hosts. We didn’t spend much time there but if we had the room may of felt a little small, there’s a large living room right next to it that you don’t get access to.
