Front Desk Staff was amazing! Kitchenette was ok. There was only a skillet to cook in. A pan would have been helpful. More kitchen towels and wash cloths would have been appreciated. The kitchen floor didn't look clean even after staff had cleaned everything else.

I stayed in the 2 bedroom. It was nice having a separate bathroom in each bedroom and the fireplace in the living area was nice.

outdated property with bare minimum space. Pigeon hole property, front desk not very friendly, no toast option for breakfast. Lady with British accent was rude. Checked out early, and they didn't even bother to ask why or no apologies. Dirty dated rooms. LOOK elsewhere.

A Rip-Off
Charging for parking in Longmont is ridiculous. And this is the most un-pet friendly place I have ever stayed. You should just say you don't take pets. Had I known the fee was $75 I would not have stayed. And your staff was just rude. I just stayed at the Fairfield and they were wonderful in every category. Will cross Residence Inn's off my list.

Location location location
Warning. This hotel is between a busy highway and train tracks. So if you're not listening to trucks, you hear train horns. That plus the thin walls and windows, plus the noisy fridge, plus the noisy kids in the adjacent rooms means there's no peace and quiet for a night's sleep. Glad we only stayed one night.

I chose the hotel for a 5 night stay based on the room setup. I didn't really look into exact location, amenities, etc. I was really pleasantly surprised with the hotel! The staff were really friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean, our room was exactly as described. We will definitely stay again.

The pool was not available. It would of been a good idea to be informed about this issue before we , drove to the hotel. The reason for booking this hotel was it had a inside working pool for adults with disabilities To enjoy and have a mini vacation.

Staff and service were fabulous! very helpful, friendly, accommodating to requests. Breakfast was very good, food and coffee were left out longer than stated hours which was convenient. Only problem we encountered: we had a ground level suite with very large windows - all of them were unlocked and would have been easy to slide open; also, when closed they leaked a considerable amount of cold air into the rooms. We rolled up towels and cut down on most of that, but it was not a plus for the property. Everything else about the property, staff, and service was just great.

The hotel is in the process of renovation so many services are not available. The breakfast area is closed and not seating until the hotel is fully renovated. It looks like it will be great later once the renovation is finished, but now it was overpriced for what we got. Service is great, the reception did a great job trying to accomodate us, and it is not their fault the hotel is in renovation stage, but we are very dissatisfied since the price doesn't not represent the quality of the place today.

The pool, hot tub and fitness area were all closed. The reason we picked that hotel was for those amenities. Our microwave was broken. Our toilet leaked so bad we had to have towels on the floor at all times. Maintenance did fix it .. but we had to go without any water all day. The breakfast selection was small. I was very disappointed that I paid full price for a room that offered nothing it said it would. I paid the same price as people stayed somewhere else and got to enjoy the pool, hot tub, ect.. I will never stay there again

I did not like that the air conditioner did not work and the remotes in the room did not work and that you had to ask the front desk if they could clean our room and had to ask multiple times for towels.But the breakfast was amazing.

Booked one of their 400 sq ft studios w/ full kitchen. I prepaid which was a mistake. When I got there, they said they didn’t have one. They sent me to another Marriot hotel down the street. Had to take a small studio with no kitchen, paid way too much.

Customer service at check in was great. Brought extra blankets up although I was disappointed in the pullout bed not being clean. Dood crumbs. Dog hair. Not a terrible stay but not great.

Room was set up well to accommodate our needs. Check in was quick and painless, staff was friendly. Unfortunately the rooms cleanliness was lacking. Walked in and room smelled of cigarette smoke. When pulling out the couch bed, found an old sock in the mattress. Pulling out the couch bed also exposed an excess of garbage underneath the couch. Nilla wafers, empty caprisuns, string cheese wrappers, skittles bags, etc.
