This condo is located in a small and quiet community nestled under mature trees and at the base of Boulder Creek. Just a few blocks away are the shopping and dining sites of downtown Boulder. A bright an open newly remodeled floor plan features: Luxurious king bed with full sofa sleeper will sleep 4 comfortably. New and modern kitchen with all the essentials, including stainless appliances. Laundry Washer and Dryer located within. Safety features keyless entry points and a closet safe. I came to Boulder to finish a 3 week course with my sister and my 1 1/2 year old son. Being 6 months pregnant, I needed a place that was safe and close to the school and downtown. This place was fully furnished, very clean, decorated so cute and had everything that I needed. It was just a short walk to the downtown on Pearl Street where there were a ton of restaurants and shops. I could also walk to class, if I needed/wanted to. This place was perfect.
