Easy connection to Highway to the CU Boulder(15 miles), Mountain, Downtown Denver(15 miles), Airport(30miles), and walking distance to public transportation, this house is ideal for families for those visiting friends or loved one!
THE PROPERTY
* Private Entrance with another unit / will not be disturbed.
* Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | will be in Lower level
* One full bathroom
* Living Room: Internet TV, Wi-Fi, Sofa
* Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, which you can enjoy at the nearby dining table.
* Full Size Washer and dryer will be sharing with owner (available if your requested), as well as detergent, allowing you to clean your travel clothes.
* Parking: 1 left-side in front of the building or off-street parking (Please, note that owner family resides in the lock-off (other unit) with a separate entrance and living spaces. Please do not use the right side of the drive way for parking in front of the the house.

THE LOCATION
* A short drive from the airport(40mins) and downtown(20 mins). * You will be close proximity to the mall, grocery stores, University of Colorado, Hospital, and local restaurants.
* Connect to Highway to the Down town, Colorado University, Rocky Mountain Ski and Mountain adventure.

This was a wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood. My sister and I were in town visiting other family members living in the area. It was a perfect size for us and close to everywhere we wanted to go.Communication with the owner was great and everything was as described in listing. I would certainly recommend the property to anyone looking for a convenient "home away from home."

This property is not as refined as the description and price would indicate. The property is a converted garage with the kitchen, living area, and master bedroom on one level, but the bathroom is down a set of stairs. There are uneven steps and obstacles where you would not expect them. There is a microwave, but no microwave safe dishes except for coffee cups. There is no lit area to sit a read a book. It has very uncomfortable dining room chairs. On the positive side... the host was courteous and responsive.

My second stay--it was awesome! Perfectly located for my needs, and everything was provided. Chris was great with comm, and I had zero problems or trouble. I'm in Broomfield once or twice a year, and this is now my go-to place--I plan on staying here every time I'm in town! Highly recommend!

The house is very cute and the pictures were accurate. It is attached to the owner's unit, so I felt like I needed to make sure that my loud children (aged 8 & 6) were relatively well-behaved as to not be bothersome.

Outstanding Property!!

What a great property! Location could not have been better for my stay--and comms with the host were excellent. Everything was ready and just as advertised--I had everything I needed!! I'm in town once a year to see a series of baseball games--as soon as the 2026 MLB schedule is out, I'll reserve this place again! Highly recommend!!

Cozy stay, great location and friendly host!

This was perfect for a getaway with my sister! Enough space to spread out for quiet time but also a cozy TV room to hang out together. Super great location with easy access to Denver and Boulder. The host was friendly and helpful and kind in passing on the property. Thank you for a lovely stay! We would stay again!

Quiet and pretty neighborhood

This place with its 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen and sitting area was perfect for me as I was visiting family nearby. I never saw the family that lives in the main part of the same house even though the doors are adjacent to each other. It has a lovely little front lawn area with pretty flowers and plants.

Nice location

Very easy to check in and out. The house conveniently locates near shopping center, but in the quiet neighborhood. It takes less than 1.5 hours to visit Rocky Mountain National Park in the North and Colorado Springs in the South. Chris' house is clean and have everything we need for the short stay. Thank you
