Your local hosts have called Boulder home for over 25 years and love sharing their favorite trails, eateries, and hidden gems to make your stay extra special. Experience the heart of Boulder. Once a historic motor lodge, this thoughtfully restored studio-style apartment blends vintage charm with modern simplicity. Each unit is small and beautifully designed, featuring natural finishes, cozy textures, and everything you need to be comfortable. Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with an oven range, refrigerator, and microwave. The bedroom space is peaceful and private, with a nature-filled window view. A spacious built-in closet keeps things organized, and the outdoor patio with table and chairs invites you to start your morning with coffee or unwind at sunset. There are three identical furnished units on the property—ideal if you’re traveling with friends or family. Stay close together while enjoying the comfort and privacy of your own personal retreat. Message the hosts if you're unable to locate or book the other listings. Guests have use of their own private apartment with private entrance, outdoor patio with table and seating, parking spot, and onsite, shared laundry facilities (free and included; no quarters!). A community space with picnic tables and seating is in the works, available Summer 2026! A key will be in a lockbox for you upon your arrival. We'll share the code on the day of your arrival. Other Useful Tidbits - Same day reservations are often, though not always, possible.
