Overall, this place is great. Located short drives from campus, which was why we were there, to stores, Pearl St., and all of Boulder. The snowy cold weather prevented us from outdoor activities, but there is a huge park over the back fence with paths, play areas, and an impromptu sledding hill. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, we stayed warm when inside, the kitchen was fully furnished so we could have cooked easily. There is a pillow on the couch that says "Good Vibes", which is very appropriate. Our vacation was great and the weather was perfect. We enjoyed the lovely back screened porch at night. It was so peaceful and we enjoyed family time on it each night. The only issue was the main bedroom had no storage for clothes. There was no closet for hanging clothes and no empty drawers so we had to live out of our suitcase. We visited our daughter (who lives in Boulder ) over Thanksgiving and this was a great place to gather. We were a family with an infant, toddler, their parents and grandparents. The house is clean, spacious, and abuts a park with a playground. That's one reason I chose it - we walked out the back gate with our toddler and played there. The house is remodeled inside as you can see from the photos. Everything we needed for Thanksgiving was there. When we had questions they were quickly answered. The backyard is large and backs up to a park. We are a family of 4 adults and there was plenty of room to entertain and feed a group of 10 adults on Thanksgiving. ##### Buffie W.
