« The gym was great. Not being acknowledged while watching 3 staff talk amongst themselves shifted my first impressions to zero care for my presence. I found my grounding and tried again. Upoun entering our room with all our luggage our door cards had not been registered which ment a return to the front desk. « Personne à la réception à mon arrivée. Il faut téléphoner et attendre... Récupération des clefs, j'arrive dans la chambre, inondation dans la cuisine et la salle de bains. Il faut retéléphoner et attendre encore. La personne vue pour la clef appelle une autre personne, il faut encore et toujours attendre. Nettoyage de l'eau au sol avec une serviette de toilette, puis du frigo avec la même serviette !!. Je refuse cette chambre et demande une chambre sans fuite. Du coup, je suis à l'étage, dans...
