This hotel is located next to a shopping plaza, fast food and a grocery store. Also the commuter rail to Boston is right there.The concierge are always pleasant. I cant speak for other staff as it was a late check in. The hotel is clean and modern.

The location is grea. It's close to the main attractions in boston. The pool of the hotel was great. We enjoyed our time there. A plus is the market across the street.

Nice hotel. Stayed a few times before. Few restaurants within walking distance. Easy train into Boston. Very near and walkable to the transport system. Staff amazing, simply the best.

Kind service, really good food, clean. It’s an older hotel so obviously there will be small issues but nothing major and it’s a great rate for the Boston area.

The attendant in evening said shuttle runs every 15 min. The morning attendant was horribly rude. I was sitting and watching for driver at 6:30 bags in vestibule. Never saw him. Walked up to desk at 6:32 and said, when is he ready. She said you missed it and have to wait till 7:00. Major rushing then for international flight. I will never return.

My husband and I love this hotel. We visit often from Connecticut to gamble at the Encore. Breakfast and staff are great. Rooms are quiet and clean.

Also, I had to pay for parking, which I was not aware of when I made the booking and the airport shuttle was sold out. So I ended up spending a lot more money to stay at this hotel.

Beware the trail comes by every 20 min till 12 midnight! We picked as an airport hotel and no one slept!
