I stayed in room 104 at the far end bordering the adjacent building. The buzzing sound was so loud I could not sleep for the two nights I stayed there. When I reported to staff this issue after the first night, I was received with extreme dismissal and lack of understanding or care or interest in my situation not being able to sleep. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The check-in process was unique, especially during a busy weekend. While the property is older and the room furnishings are somewhat outdated, they remain comfortable. The staff was helpful and offered great advice on what to do in the city. Breakfast options were adequate, featuring bagels, oatmeal, cereal, and beverages. The area is peaceful and very walkable, with easy access to the Prudential Center and public transportation. I appreciated having a kitchenette, but the shower's water temperature was disappointing. Cleaning services are not provided unless scheduled, and the fees for full turnover service felt excessive.
