Advertisement mentioned microwave and fridge which we did not have. Asked for handicap room and we got a room farthest from the front desk. Surprise $40 per night parking fee. Can only get to the parking lot by driving down a poorly lit back alley and up a steep driveway. Got sick and had to stay a couple extra days and sale rate was not honored. Cost my $300 more. With parking, a $380 stay turned into a $680 stay. No food in the hotel until 5. Vending extremely expensive. Understaffed, no room service. Filthy gum walked into the carpet. Moldy smell in the hallways, aggravated my COPD. Stuffy rooms facing inwards to an internal atrium so no sunlight or view. Ingress and egress extremely difficult to maneuver. Front desk staff was ambivalent and made you feel like it was an imposition to approach them but cleaning staff was very helpful, cheerful and kind. Not worth the money, will not return.

The thermostat in my room was broken—too hot. Little sleep because of heat. Clerk in the morning said “Sorry,” only. Wall paper peeling. Check in guy was great. Check out? Not so much.

Very run down! Excellent location. Staff was willing to change our room and compeer parking but generally the place was un-cared for.
