Only one staff person in the building running ragged.Only the lobby was kinda clean. The elevator floor looked shady. We questioned if it was safe. Upon entering the room all we smelt was strong marijuana and strong overpowering perfume. The room looked dirty. We went to the pool as the kids wanted to swim. Asked for towels but were told it would be 30 minutes. After waiting and getting to the pool. The entire pool area looked as muddy dogs had shook off all over the room. It appeared like there was scum everywhere. It smelt of bleach and chlorine. After a 5 minute dip the children came out smelling like dirty feet. We immensity went back to the room. Upon entering the bathroom we found a layer of dust and dirt across the toilet. The bathtub looked as it had been patched several times. The paint was peeling off the floor of the tub. It was orange red color in spots. We tried to turn on the shower to rinse off the bathing suits but it would not come on. After a few minutes it started to work. We questioned if we should stay…but after peeling back one of the bed sheets to find nasty yellow spot with red in it on the sheet we could not get out of there quick enough. We immediately gathered our things and left. The girl at the desk apologized and helped email pictures to the manager. She said we would have to email Expedia about a refund. No help to find another place to stay…we ended up driving home three hours wet and cold.

The pullout bed was terribly uncomfortable. There was no room number sign outside our door. We obviously figured it out. But it would have been nice to have a sign. It was tease quiet and a great location.

My family and I reserved at studio suite. It was spacious enough for a family of 5. The reasons we didn’t rate this hotel an excellent was because in the whole unit there was 1 tiny garbage can. There wasn’t even a garbage can in the bathroom which made it uncomfortable to dispose of trash easily. We had to improvise but it’s things like this that make that difference between an excellent rating vs a good rating. We shouldn’t have to improvise or figure out how to make our stay comfortable. We also had a leak from the shower head which caused water to fall outside of the tub. The hotel had a convenience shop in the lobby which is nice but the prices deterred us from buying much. I bought a Stella for almost $9 (more than a bar or restaurant). The hotel has a small pool which is nice for the kids. They also serve breakfast. Overall, our stay was decent and I would book this hotel again.

The maintenance in the building is very poor! No screens on the windows, 313 window was cracked. Staff was more than accommodating to let us move to another room.

Staff was friendly. The room was clean. It was quiet. The outside of the building could use some updates. Also, the sign to the entrance is hard to notice, I almost passed the hotel a couple times. The property around the hotel was dirty, like the grass was all dug up and it just looked like a mud yard.

Hot tub was great, breakfast was very bad compared to other comparable complimentary breakfasts. Suite location, but the fridge was broken and to amend this they wanted us to switch rooms after settling in for hours, which would have been a huge inconvenience. It seemed like the front desk knew it was an issue. No other compensation was offered. Pretty poor experience for the price.

A hidden gem
We stayed 1 night before an appointment in Boston the next day. Was easy to get to with plenty of choices to eat around. Was greeted as we were walking in by a very pleasant woman. Gave us all the information we needed to know and some. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was great!!! Bed was amazing!! Breakfast was okay. My only complaint would be there was no regular black tea, several other choices, but black tea is my “coffee”. Next time I would bring my own. Would definitely stay again. Easy commute into city and not far from airport.

We literally found pee on the toilet seat and bathroom floor of our room. Calls to the front desk and guest services went unanswered. I finally went to look for anyone working the front desk and found the guy outside talking with his buddy while the desk phone rang unanswered. He finally came in and switched us to a new room.

We stayed there while visiting my kids. We were told about the construction. We didn’t have a luggage bench in the room, a dresser or even a light bulb in the lamp. At breakfast, I had to ask every day for butter- the worker kept insisting that margarine was butter. They also closed the fitness room the day after we arrived. I get they needed to do renovations- but I specifically asked about the gym during check in and no one mentioned that it would close

My fiancé and I booked this hotel solely based on the fact that it listed that it had a hot tub. It was the only hotel in the area that listed this as an available facility. We wanted nothing more than to relax in a hot tub after the long week we had. Upon arrival we noticed the the exterior of the building was extremely dirty and rundown looking. The parking lot and surrounding area just looked trashy. We park and walk up to the entrance and immediately notice 3 people doing carpentry work right in the direct entryway. We walk into the lobby and I was setback. The entire lobby was gutted. Floors covered in plastic protective paint sheets, Dust everywhere from sheet rock work going on, Random bottles of soda, tools and workers everywhere. As my fiancé is giving his information I notice on the desk that there is a sign saying that the pool and hot tub are “out of service” I was irate. Expedia as a business that represents this hotel and promotes it should be aware of these things to relay them to their potential customers. We NEVER would’ve stayed here had we known of these issues, and would’ve contacted customer support had we had more time on our hands to “waste” on the phone with someone to change our reservation. The entire hotel was filthy. The elevator had wet spots all on the floor and reaked of urine. The water in the sink in our room would not get hot. The breakfast offered was the smallest I’ve ever seen offered at a hotel. Very bad experience!!

The pool didn’t work even though on the site it offers it. The hotel was under construction again wasn’t made known prior to booking. Had a medical emergency and even reached out to the hotel to explain the day of our arrival to have our booking cancelled. I then had to pay two days on top of the original price. Thank you to my Expedia help because if not for them I would have had to pay twice. Also the breakfast was sub standards at best. I give the room 5 stars though. But be aware , call ahead to ensure you are paying for what you get. In our case we certainly did not.
