Clean, cozy room with tasteful decorations, king-size bed, sitting area and closet. High-speed wifi, deck. Safe area. Walking/jogging trails. Room has microwave and fridge. No TV. More information The space The room is clean, cozy and comfortable. It includes exclusive use of an attached bathroom. Furnishings include a comfortable king-sized bed, side tables, two sofas and a chair. A coffee table can be raised to act as a workstation. Separate climate controls for your comfort. A microwave, toaster and refrigerator are in the room for your exclusive use. No TV. The room has its own exterior, second floor private entrance. The approach is well-lit at night (motion detectors). A single interior door connects the room to the rest of the house, but will remain locked for the duration of your stay. We have off-street parking for one guest car. Guest access Guests have access to the room plus an attached bathroom. Interaction with guests We are generally available to answer questions and to be helpful. We are unlikely to be available for socializing due to our busy lives. Other things to note Our only personal belongings stored in the room are the contents of one bookshelf tucked in a corner plus two locked owner's closets. We were pleasantly surprised with this little gem in a beautiful neighborhood. We went in the summer so the surrounding trees were beautiful. The welcome email gave detailed instructions on everything we needed for our stay. The location is in a quaint neighborhood with upscale restaurants and shops within a short drive. There is even a great neighborhood restaurant within walking distance of the property. The host was very kind and accommodating. The room itself was well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend others staying here as well. We stayed one night. Host Julia was very communicative and provided excellent explanations about parking and door un/locking in advance. Space was very clean, well-appointed, well-functioning. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept with windows open enjoying the fresh air and peaceful neighborhood. Only a few minutes from Wellesley center where we ate and walked a lovely main street. I read their copy of "Foreign Affairs" (first time in decades) and now have subscribed to it. No-hassle, high quality space and experience. ##### Leo G. Minutes from train station to Boston. Easy check in it was clean and we will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area. Neighborhood was very nice as well.
