No Smoking or Substance Use Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. A $1,000 fine will be applied if discovered. 3\. No Parties or Loud Gatherings Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties, loud music, or large gatherings are allowed. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and a $1,000 fine + any other damages. 4\. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. This includes children. Violations will incur a $200 fee per person, per night and may result in cancellation without refund. 5\. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted. Violations will incur a $300 fee per pet, per night, a double cleaning fee, and may result in cancellation without refund. 6\. Cleaning Please report any cleaning issues upon check-in. Excessive messes may result in additional cleaning charges. 7\. Lost or Damaged Items Guests will be charged twice the current price for any missing or damaged items. Lost, missing, or damaged remotes will incur a $200 replacement fee. 8\. Security Cameras and Noise Decibel Devices Security cameras are installed on the exterior only and operate 24/7\.
