Welcome to our new construction home, perfect for families, business travelers, and mature groups looking for a comfortable and stylish stay. This spacious home features beautiful hardwood floors, central air, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Each of the five bedrooms has its own private full bathroom, and four of the bedrooms include a Smart TV, ensuring privacy and entertainment for everyone.

The open-concept first floor includes a comfortable living room with a 70-inch Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar with six stools, a dining table for four, and a half bathroom.

The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a private full bathroom. The third floor includes two additional bedrooms, also with queen beds and private full bathrooms, along with a small room featuring a twin-over-twin trundle bed. Three of the bedrooms have dedicated workspaces, making this home ideal for remote work or extended stays.
