Chambre très grande, lits confortables et personnel agréable et efficace. Nous recommandons. Si nous retournons à Boston nous reprendrons cet hôtel (recommandé d’ailleurs par des amis). La moquette était par contre un peu vieille. Le petit déjeuner est assez cher (20 USD pour 3 œufs au plat et un café), même s’il existe un menu moins cher (testé une fois, valable quand on n’a pas faim). Mais il y a de quoi en prendre à l’extérieur (Tatte pas loin).

The Property was as advertised, no surprises. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. The check-in and check-out process was quick. The Room was roomy, clean, and comfortable. We walked almost everywhere, noting the location was ideal for our agenda while in Boston. We spent time in some of the common areas, enjoying the free coffee and flavored water. I'd stay at the Revere again, and recommend it to friends.

The toilet handle did not work when I first came to the room. I went down to the front desk, and the most annoying front desk staff person promised me, "I will send a man up right away." I asked if things could be addressed while I was away getting lunch and yes, I was assured it would. I came back from lunch and nothing had changed. I then called down to the front desk, and they said, "I will send a man up right away." Indeed in 5 minutes a wonderfully polite and efficient maintenance man took care of replacing the handle. Give him a raise. He was the only polite person I met in the hotel from Friday until Monday. The room had clear signs of flooding in the ceiling. The climate control did not work correctly, as when I increased the temperature, the unit would come on then in a few moments the fuse would blow and then the unit would shut off the heat, then the air conditioner would turn on full blast. I did not want to have to speak to the rude front desk staff again, so I left it as is. My room was in 1221, so best get someone to take a look at it. In fact, your front desk staff need a camera aimed at them during the day so that management can address the poor service and attitude. I stayed from Friday thru Monday, and it was not until Monday morning, when the boss was at the front desk, that he wished me a good morning and a pleasant day. The other 4 junior staff members were surly, silent, and staring at their computer screens.

Not sure if booking through Expedia and not directly through the hotel placed a damper on our reservation but our room was nothing like pictures. It was very warm down with wallpaper peeling, water marks on ceiling and wood floors, stained bathroom, tattered light fixtures and curtain. Completely broken AC unit. Oh well. It was just for sleeping and showering and that’s what it was good for.

Common areas are very nice. Breakfast in their restaurant was good. Area felt safe, easy access to public transportation and tourist sites. Rooms were large but would definitely benefit from a deep cleaning, ceilings coverd in dust above ac unit, back of door oily from past guests, tile in shower, etc

We took a quick trip to Boston and wanted a hotel that was close to Newbury, Quincy Market and the aquarium. This hotel checked all the boxes. Would definitely stay there again.
