A phone call did resolve the issue. Entering the home each day was a bit of a process. The home is very nice and clean. Plenty of seating, beds are comfortable. We don't get the no top sheet. I guess some may not be bothered by it, we are used to a top sheet. Plenty of towels but only 2 wash cloths for 4 guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by. You are 20 minutes from Boston and Salem. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.
