This property was well-appointed and very welcoming. It has a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, comfortable living spaces, and high quality bedding. There is a beautiful private garden area with outdoor dining space and a grill. The owner is a delight to visit with! Mark lives on site and is extremely friendly and made great suggestions for local and Boston area attractions. He has put a lot of work into the house and the care he has for it shows in the craftsmanship and the cleanliness of the property. We left for Bar Harbor for a couple of days and came back to the Boston are for a few more days after and stayed in a different rental and man do we wish we would’ve stayed in Mark’s place again instead! Great home in a great neighborhood. Any time we come back to Boston this will be the only place we stay at. ##### Jason B.
