A 5-minute drive to Assembly Row and major highway. 13-minute walk to the Magoun Square MBTA station. You and your guests will be close to many of the most popular attractions that Somerville, Cambridge, and Boston have to offer. The house has 3 king beds and 1 queen bed. There are 6 Ring security cameras outside the house for home security. It will be on during your stay. Two in the front, two in the back, one on the right side, and one on the vacant inlaw suite in the back. This is a newly and fully renovated modern home Your personal 4-digit entry code can access both the front and rear doors. You and your guests will have full access to all rooms in the entire house, except the basement, which is supplies for our cleaning staff only. We have off-street parking for 3 sedan/ small SUV vehicles in the driveway. Moving trucks cannot fit our driveway. Street parking is by permit only. Pack and play is available at least 24 hours notice request before the check in time. No parties are allowed. Quiet hours are from 9 PM-8AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If the cleaners find traces of smoke, there will be an additional $250 added to the cleaning fee. The check out time is 11AM. We often have to be strict regarding the check-out times so that the cleaning company has enough time to get the house properly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the next guests. However, whenever possible, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule to allow for earlier arrival or later departure upon advance notice. If you check out between 11AM and 12PM without prior approval, you will be charged $100.00 automatically. If you check out after 12PM without prior approval, you will be charged an additional night at the current rate shown on the calendar. Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. The Home was as pictured. The host was more than accommodating. There were festive trees by the fireplace small enough that if we hadn’t celebrated Christmas, we could’ve tucked them away, but we were definitely there for Christmas and we felt as if it was a home away from home.The bedding and beds were excellent the warmth of the house perfect the locality also perfect quiet neighborhood we were respectful of our neighbors and they were also respectful of us. The house is very clean and very well kept. The location is convenient to neighborhood food or drink shopping. We can feel the host makes real efforts to make the place comfortable for its guests. The open floor plan makes the place very welcoming for family or friend get together. The host is also very responsive to questions relating to our stay before and after our arrival. The ages of our family members were anywere between 18 and 88! The kitchen was fantastic for entertaining a larger group and excellent for home cooking - completely stocked with utensils, silverware, cookware, plates and the likes. the bathrooms were excellent and the little deck and yard, although we did not use them much, were a nice alternative for hanging out in different areas of the house. The beds were very comfortable, the street was quiet and not even 5 minutes walking distance from us was one of the best French bakeries in town. Parking was super important to us and it has plenty of off street parking (we had 3 cars). Access, registration and communication with the host were also impecable. Bravo! If I could give it a 6-star rating, I would. Highly recommend!!! ##### Maya K.
