Boston Marathon 2017

Posted 21-Apr-2017
Our stay was wonderful. The shuttle service was excellent! However, check in was at 4pm, we got there at 6:30. Our room was not ready!

Nice Hotel

Posted 19-Apr-2017
Pros: Location, price, accesability
Cons: Maybe food, the food was good. But i was expecting more
Location: Is between MIT and HHarvard and really well located to access downtown Boston. Excellent place.
The hotel is really well located, and the service is really nice. Additionally, the staff is really open to help and resolve any concern.

Not so good hotel on Charles river

Posted 17-Apr-2017
Pros: There was nothing to like about this hotel
Cons: The hotel is old and need renovating
Location: Nice location overlooking the Charles river and Boston harbor
The staff was not professional, linens were dirty, there wasn't soap in the bathroom to wash hands and face not even for two people to shower.

Could walk to Harvard.

Uncomfortable beds and bathrooms need updating. The balcony doors do not lock Which made me a bit uncomfortable.

3 stars on a good day.

The restaurant was so bad, I skipped my free breakfast. Cleaning supplies left scattered on balconies. Rude employee in the coffee shop. Terrible. Not worthy of the Hyatt Regency name.

Kinda old building, salty pool water

Posted 14-Apr-2017
The building itself is kinda old, but it's not terrible. However, the pool water was salty like an ocean water (it was kinda gross). The breakfast is okay, not bad and not good.

Nice hotel good location for college visits.

Posted 2-Apr-2017
Pros: Attached parking and easy access to the garage.
Cons: Would have loved to have the breakfast included like most other hotels
Location: We visited Boston on Sunday, a 10 minute car ride from Cambridge. Affordable weekend parking. Whale watching cruise, sight seeing, lots of history.
The free shuttle service to important locations where you can get public transport was very convenient for us to get to places and visit collages.

Close to Boston University

Posted 29-Mar-2017
We stayed at this hotel for our college tour. It's conveniently close to campus PLUS with the T and hotel shuttle, we didn't have to rent a car. That saved us the $40 charge for parking. We would definitely stay there again.
