Upon arrival the outside was a bit unsettling. Then we got to check in. It took 30 minutes because the system was down. As I inspected the room, a few things were broken and there was water damage on the sink. For the price, I certainly expect something with better maintenance. Would not recommend.

Had issues checking in after a long day, not any issue of the staff, had technical issues. Disappointing but the staff were friendly! Rooms were nice, the indoor balcony is a cool concept. Bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner but still a nice room!

I’ve stayed here many times and the staff has gone above and beyond every time. Everyone who works there truly understands customer service and satisfaction. The restaurant and bar remain pretty busy at night and the bartenders are more like mixologists. Very nice atmosphere in the restaurant and the dinner options are limited but all top notch. I didn’t find the breakfast nearly as good but overall my experience was great!

The pool area, restaurant and bars were all great. The room was clean and perfect for my visit. Staff were nice, although on two separate occasions I felt could have been more willing to assist me. One was with finding a place to order pizza for my daughter and her friend, and the other was when we called down to see if someone could assist us by bringing a luggage carrier to our room, we were told no one could and we would have to get one ourselves. Not the biggest issues, but definitely felt they could have more than likely make those requests possible. Overall great hotel, and amenities.

Nice looking restaurant. Otherwise, the hotel was well below standard. My first room the shower curtain must have been poorly affixed so my bathroom floor was flooded when I got out. That and I had to use shampoo since the soap dispenser empty. When I checked the dispensers in room #2, BOTH the shampoo and soap were empty. I ate at Matadora and the 2nd appetizer took about 45 minutes and was somehow overcooked....they did take it off the bill. The next morning I woke to a coffee machine that did not work. After all of this, they did not provide any compensation other than offering a free breakfast for which I could not stay. They could not, for whatever reason, provide a voucher. Really a bummer as I had high hopes.

Microwave in each room would improve this hotel immensely in terms of accommodations. Also, I’ve stayed here week to week… the pool is unpredictable as far as time of closure each day.

Hotel was well located from Boston, staff very freindly at front desk, specially Laura, amazing personality and very freindly One thing we were not satisfied, it takes 12 min to get hot water in the shower, our room was never cleaned for 3 days.

From the outside it looks like a rundown place. Then you stepped inside and it looks a lot better. Some old features for sure but very clean and comfortable. The place definitely needs a little tlc pronto otherwise it will remain empty as it was this time. The surrounding areas were a bit sketchy and some undesirable activities were taking place in the parking lot but nothing that will make you too umcortable,just more aware of your surroundings. Keep your eyes open and park near the front of the entrance or in the parking garage.
