Unwind in our living room space that comes equipped with a huge sectional couch, 70' TV with Youtube TV, Netflix, & Amazon Prime. Working from home? No problem! The upstairs master bedroom has a 60 inch sit/stand desk, there's a desk on the main level and someone could work on the bar on the first level, plenty of privacy for video calls! We also have PAID parking available for one car; please see “Other Things to Note” for more information. The house also has fast WiFi, a laundry machine, and a Keurig coffee maker! Public transit via bus and train are also available. The 9 bus is 100 yards from the home. Two Train stops in Southie on the Red Line are Broadway and Andrew Square. Other Things to Note: We also have noise detection devices that will monitor constant loud sound, these devices are incapable of recording or hearing audio (strictly the noise level). This neighborhood is close to Broadway but with the homes so close together we ask that you keep the noise down after 11PM. City of Boston quiet hours are from 11PM to 7AM. Please note there is a single garage parking spot available 20 feet from the front door for rent for $125 per stay. We must have payment for this 48 hours prior to your stay to make the spot available. Friday after 6PM until Monday at 10am there is no need for a resident sticker to park in resident street parking, there is also parking around the corner on Broadway which is mostly 2 hour but no limit on overnight after 4pm until 10am seven days a week. We typically park on Broadway overnight and move the car to G street resident parking at 10am, weekends are easy but late nights on weekdays can be more of a challenge. There is also paid parking at the Channel Center Garage located at 116 W First Street about 0.8miles from the property. Please read signs carefully and street cleaning is once every other week. If you do not plan on bringing a car, please let us know. Although I try to stay with a New York theme for my images, one of the other primary reasons I post is to keep a record of my experiences while I am taking the image. This aspect, is for my own benefit. This is an image of downtown Boston's seaport. This was my first golden hour shot. Waking up at 5 a.m. to be at the location by 6 a.m. is something I did not look forward to doing, as I am not a morning person at all. However, what will make shooting this image the most memorable for me was that my 13 year old daughter was with me. And she came willingly and eagerly. I will forever cherish the little conversations we had during that golden hour. Close to pickleball, candlepin bowling, and great food! The kitchen is on the bottom floor of where you entertain. The beds were a 3 out of 5\. Could use some more cushion. We couldn’t get the upstairs tv to connect to the internet, but yhe main floor worked fine. The shower upstairs has a slow drain to it.
