A bit threadbare, like an old cruise ship. It is difficult to get taxis there because some companies do not want to incur extra city fees for access in the airport area. Uber will not pick up or drop off at the Embassy Suites Hotel - Boston, Logan Airport. This made inconvenient during our three-day stay.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Clean, spacious, very close to the airport. Which makes it convenient to catch your flight. HOWEVER, the $60 parking fee is astronomical and absolutely ridiculous.

I liked the shuttle availability and the hotel's proximity to the car rental facility. I enjoyed breakfast. I was happy to see a team member at the front desk at the late hour of 1 a.m. ET!

The rooms are in major need of being updated, especially the bathroom. Food in bar area was overpriced and not very good. Marc the shuttle driver was amazing, while the younger guy (not wearing a badge)who checked us in seemed annoyed and rude. Would suggest staying somewhere else.

Close to the airport, free shuttle to/from airport and subway station. Very friendly front desk staff and shuttle drivers! Full breakfast included too and even though they are undergoing some renovations, the food service and area were great.

The biggest problem was the lack of staff for the breakfast in the morning. The staff that was working were very good, but they were not able to keep up with the needs of the large crowd at breakfast.

Pros: Great location. We loved that this was walking distance to the blue line. When it was cold, we took the shuttle to the blue line and the drivers were more than pleasant. Food at the Porter was enjoyed by all, and drinks were strong. The kids enjoyed the pool. They were currently remodeling what I assume to be a restaurant area in the lobby, which would be great for the space. Cons: Parking at $60 a day is absurd. No self-parking option either. The snacks and cocktail hour has changed quite a lot since we started staying at embassy suites, or this one is just cheap. No alcoholic drink tickets, and the snacks are the same every single day. After 4 nights, we were bored of the snacks. As mentioned in the pros, the drinks were strong but also very expensive. A huge downside was the soliciting for a vacation club every single night and morning. It’s fine to offer that at check-in and check-out, but don’t bother me while I’m eating. The pool area was nice but the tiles were EXTREMELY slippery, which made going to the pool with the kids less relaxing. The pool water was too cold, and the hot tub was often too hot and nearly scalding. This entire area could use an upgrade. The room was less than thrilling. I’ve stayed in non-suite rooms that were bigger than our “suite” for six people. With the pull-out couch open you couldn’t reach the other side of the room. Other than that, the room was fine, just very much lacking in size.

We waited in the cold over 45 min for the shuttle. We called and other people waiting called. Meanwhile Hilton Garden went by twice and Comfort Inn 3 times. No excuse. The desk staff were very nice. Our room was cold. Even after turning the heat up to 80, I had to wear my sweater to bed. Very skimpy blanket. Food at restaurant was sub par. Considering this facility costs more than the other hotels nearby, very disappointing. Will not stay there again

There is currently construction in the lobby/restaurant areas so it felt a little chaotic. The location to the airport was super convenient for a layover and the hotel shuttle was prompt. The hotel currently lacks in ambiance but functioned fine for our layover.

The courtesy shuttle was a little roughy getting. Had to call the hotel twice to makes sure they where on the way. Normally not an issue but it was 2 degrees out. Great reception and the rooms are top notch

The front desk customer service was very unfriendly. Valet parking guy was unfriendly as well.
