We had 2 adults and 2 kids under 10\. The unit is clean, newly renovated, a chilly A/C, decorated lovely, and had a washer dryer/ combo which a plus helping us pack light. We could walk to Crosby’s Marketplace for groceries and necessities. We used the sleeper sofa as well and it slept just fine for the kids. One big plus is you have your own parking spot in the driveway which so convenient if you need it, but you are central enough to get around by walking on foot.
