The property, or rather properties (because they're scattered around the neighborhood) are comfortable, quiet, and convenient, quite walkable to nearly anyplace you'd want to see in Boston, as well as to T stations and the airport shuttle ($3) is just a ten minute walk down the South Corridor. But, the carpets are old and dirty, the furniture in the room is rickety, the blinds were broken, and the linens are old, rough, and worn out.

Copley House is a truly amazing little place that feels like home, not like a hotel. I had a pleasure to stay in a small studio on the second floor of one of the old style brick townhouses. The studio had hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom with shower. Two big windows allowed a view of a street in lively stylish neighborhood. Location is super convenient, within walking distance to many city’s attractions (including the finish line of Boston Marathon!). I definitely will book again when I plan my next visit to Boston.

Lucky the room was ready and the staff helped me to check in before the check in time. It was so helpful and make our schedule efficient. The facility and amenities were great. The best location and the vibe of the brown stone house is what we exactly want from Boston. I hope not so many people recommend here since I want to be back. Highly and strongly recommended.

This was my second stay at Copley House and it was a very enjoyable experience, once again! There are some aspects of the room that were dated and could use updating, however, it was a comfortable stay in a very convenient location. The check-in and check-out process was also simple and efficient. Thank you!

Very cozy and affordable place if you want to spend a weekend in Boston. Walkable to Newbury street and other places in the back bay area. The place has everything you need and very clean. I booked a shared bathroom room and it was a bit inconvenient for us to leave our room for a bath but other than that, this place is great! Highly recommend!

The property made you feel like a local. The apartment style with a small kitchen makes it feel like home, and 'as if I live there'. It has a small-business feel because of the loveliness of the staff. i will definitely come back to stay at Copley House.

Felt like we got to experience what locals live like in the Copley residential area. Enjoyed having extra space and kitchen, compared with a typical hotel room. Room was well appointed and very comfortable. We stayed in a 1 bdrm unit on St. Botoloph street property, which was a very busy street so be careful when you have to cross the streets around here. The unit was in a nice brownstone walk up. Parking is almost impossible around here due to the fact it is limited to residents, but we lucked out finding a spot on Huntington late night until 8am next day. We also lucked out the next day securing one of Copley House’s parking space nearby the 2nd night (check with reception desk for availability). 7-11 convenience store 2 blocks away, couple of T stations nearby for Orange and Green lines were very convenient for exploring town. Walk to the Symphony, NEU, Prudential/Copley, cofee shops etc - location was so convenient. Reception folks were so nice, helpful and communicated well with us on everything from late night access to units, to parking information. We hope to stay here again next time we visit Boston.

Stayed at the Copley House while attending a conference. The staff was very welcoming and helped carry my bags to my room and held them after check out. The Copley House offered great views and was walkable distance to many restaurants and museums.

Great location! The room and bed were comfy. Location was perfect…However, the bathroom was tiny and kind of dingy and definitely needed an update. If you are larger than 220lbs you will not fit on the toilet!

Everything was great about it except that it was a rather noisy at night due to the traffic and hardwood floors. There is also no thermostat in the room though the staff were very helpful in changing the temperature to my desired comfort level once I requested it.

Expensive parking, sheets had spots on them, towels had hair on them, building was quite old. Dog friendly & plenty of space though which was great. Overall was good, would look elsewhere if returning to Boston, though.
