Welcome to our sunlight-embraced 1700sqft apartment! We offer a comfortable, satisfaction-guaranteed stay right in the Boston Downtown Crossing! Our beautiful historical stone building is in a pedestrian shopping zone across the street from Macy's and many department stores. Roche Bros' grocery, Starbucks, Caffe Nero, George Howell, Gypsy Place, restaurants, Crossing Food Court, and CVS are all within a 3-minute walking distance. Between the financial district, Chinatown, the Boston Common, and various revolutionary-era landmarks like the Freedom Trail, Old State House, Old South Meeting House, King's Chapel, etc., are peppered throughout the city. Downtown Crossing is also the ideal commuting location, as it’s close to South Station and numerous other subway stations. It’ll be easy to get to any location in the Boston area from here without the need for a car or Uber! The tour map picture in my photo gallery will show you how convenient my place is to the most popular highlights in the Boston area.   
  
The building's intercom system allows for a full, self-check-in experience. Two brand-new elevators guarantee easy access to the unit. We offer a big discount for a longer stay and a complimentary house cleaning if the reservation lasts more than ten days.

Please, no pets. I have a severe allergy to fur, hay, and dust, which can result in severe reactions upon exposure.

Parking is hard to find and expensive for a major city such as Boston. Please check out a website called ‘Spot Hero’ or download the ‘BestParking’ App to find the most updated options and prices! It's usually cheaper if you make reservations online.  
  
Please be aware that, like most major cities in the world, there is potential city noise.   
  
The Property has security cameras placed in the public hallways by BM and homeowners. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

This apartment was spacious, clean and welcoming and we’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Located near several major T lines and only a block away from the Commons it’s and ideal spot for access to the entire city including Logan airport.

Amy was an excellent host, responding promptly and making sure we were nicely settled in. Her apartment is very spacious, centrally located, and the kitchen is nicely equipped. We spent an enjoyable few days exploring Boston and would definitely stay here again!
