Very nice clean hotel... for the price you pay its a lot better than some! Although, a few niggles i noticed during my 3 night say were as follows - - bed was hard and uncomfortable - electric shaving port in the bathroom doesn't allow you to plug the plug in! - make sure you bring an extension lead, as there is is only 2 double plug sockets in the whole room, 1 of which is behind the TV which is on the wall! (Nothing eitherside of the bed, or behind the bed for that matter)

The room we stayed in was a lovely size the balcony was a nice addition there was only 1 double socket tho and also the heater was a little small for the room luckily I found the manual so I was able to sort it was the heater was on all the time..

My 13 year old daughter and I stayed. We loved our room and bed very comfortable. Unfortunately noise of TV in room next to us kept us from sleeping until midnight. Side lights in room would be very useful.

Service was amazing, so welcoming! Room absolutely brilliant! Thanks definitely Housekeeper for amazing service, because very often staying in other hotels was some dirt,there absolutely perfect room! Only downside was mattress felt bit to hard!

Nice hotel very clean. Better than travel lodge but not quite as good as premier inn. TV not working properly due to only having internal ariel. Light bulbs need changing to led. Bathroom needs a little bit of maintenance but overall a good place to stay

Nice sized room overlooking the golf range. Our King room was two singles pushed together but that works for us, both very comfortable. Shower was hot! Great location for visiting local friends and exploring the area.

Stayed here a couple times You have to go round to the clubhouse to check in It’s not manned and waited a few mins which is all good. Hotel is situated away from facilities. The vending machine in the hotel lobby was empty My room was a family room situated up stairs. In the lobby upstairs there are creases in the carpet which are trip hazards When you go through the corridor to the left there is a big dent in the floor which is dangerous right by a door & cause to fall. The family rooms are large. Shower over bath which is lovely. The water is far far too hot. Yes there is a warning sticker but this is kettle temp scalding hot The skirting boards had brown marks across them. It’s clear the hotel has had money spent on it and the smaller rooms are beautiful but the family rooms just feel forgotten. Be prepared to plug in all the tv wires and retune the tv when you arrive. So if you have kids and they want the tv on. My previous stay was a much better experience I would have had breakfast but prefer it to be within the hotel not having to walk to clubhouse. The Wheatsheaf pub which is a few minutes walk best place for dinner and worth the 5 min walk from hotel.

Staff was absolutely the star of this place. We had a very late check in and the young man was helpful and kind considering the time. Room was really nice, refurbished and comfortable enough. I loved the toiletries provided and room was quit and clean. I really recommend this place. Whatever is the reason to stay

The room was adequate for our needs however on out first night we were provided with a single towel for 3 of us. What was really disappointing was the times that the kitchen and Bar closed. Far to early for a hotel that is baes on a holiday resort

The bed was rock hard, the pillows extremely lumpy and I was unable to use the shower due to the temperature of the water. It was not adjustable enough to reduce it to useable level. Overall the hot water was dangerously hot for young children or unsuspecting adults. There is a warning sign, but not everyone can read!!!!!!! The breakfast was limited - no fresh fruit or yogurt, or much other outside a hot breakfast. Despite menu stating the choices, there was no gluten free bread and no brown bread. The best part - the staff were amazing and very helpful. Sad that the hotel lets them down.

Was a bit strange the sleeping accommodation separate to the main building. Walls were pretty thin could hear phones going off in other rooms. Cleaners at the door before checkout time too. Breakfast was ok. Basically help yourself to whats there, not a lot at 9am when it stopped at 9.30 which was a shame. Nice setting. We had dinner the night before and cocktails that were yum!! Clean room. Comfy beds.

Wonderful stay at West Boston Hotel
Stayed for one night with my daughter, staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was lovely, very clean and balcony was a great added feature. The room had everything you needed for a great stay, would definitely stay again.

This property was a lovely room - told it was the best room there by a few staff. Good was lovely on the restaurant. The complex was clean. Could do with a few arcade games. The bar was bright and refreshing. Food was lovely.

Great hotel, would definitely stay again. Quiet hotel, lovely shower and toiletries. Very hot temperature in the stairwells, No aircon in the room but a fan was provided, we didn’t actually use it. Very comfy beds, some of the pillows were little bit lumpy. Super facilities for children at the bar with a great play area and splash pad. Food & service were good, but drinks & food prices were a bit higher than we were expecting.
