Our apartments are the best-priced and located right in the center of Boston in little Italy, which is in the North End. They are only a short walk to the famous Quincy market, Faneuil Hall, the Aquarium, the Freedom Trail and many more historic and tourist sites. The location is considered the friendliest and safest in Boston and is close to all public transportation.
The Haymarket "T" stop is a 10 min. walk from the apartment.
Parking: Parking in the North End of Boston: The North End of Boston is one of Boston oldest neighborhoods - filled with cafes, restaurants, and moms and pops shops. The streets are narrow and often you will find cars double-parked while people greet each other or grab a cup of cappuccino from the now famous Mike’s pastry on Hanover St.

The magnetic The parking card will be in the envelope with your keys at the lock box on 435 hanover street. You must enter and exit with the card. DO NOT ENTER WITHOUT OUR FOB CARD OR YOU WILL GET CHARGED. The parking lot is called Sargent's Wharf, and it is approximately two blocks from the building at 20 moon street. Direction to Parking. When you go down Fleet-street, a one-way street. Moon street will be on your right, also one way against the traffic. You can unload your luggage and continue down on fleet. Drive approximately two blocks to a traffic light. Starbucks will be in front of you. Take a left at the light, and your first outdoor parking lot on your right will be Sargent's wharf, a lot right on the water with a 24/7 attendant. Please attach the magnetic card to the card reader. Please guard this card well. You cannot leave the lot without it, and losing it will cost you $100, which is the cost to replace it. Please remember to return it with your keys at the end of your stay. Please collect your deposit from the Lockbox when you return the magnetic card back. Enjoy this added bonus in this bustling and fabulous neighborhood.
• For overnight parking, I recommend parking in the Sargent’s Wharf on Commercial Street, right next to Starbucks. Be sure to check the rate schedule, because their rates change often.
• For overnight parking on the street, most parking spaces are reserved for residents or valet parking zones.
• There is also an indoor garage near the Fleet center called the North End Garage.
• Meter maids are notorious in the North End. They love it because the neighborhood resembles the mess in Naples and Sicily in that there are lots of opportunities to give tickets. Most tickets run around $25, but they can only give them out once a day. So, if you receive a ticket, chances are that you can still park there for a while.
We welcome pets with a deposit of $150 dollars. If no damage was noted $75 dollars of that $150 initial deposit will be refunded. The remaining $75 dollars is used to pet clean the apt and wash all blankets keeping it hypoallergenic for guests who have pets allergies.
Free 24/7 luggage drop off and pick up
A great benefit staying at our Zoe home away from home is that you can drop off your luggage anytime, even hours before your check in time, and store them even hours after you checked out.
Our storage is conveniently located at the same building as the key pick up as so you can pick up your luggage when you get your keys to check in. The code to access the storage is the same code to access your keys.
Directions: When you face the building entrance, walk a few steps to your left and then turn right and walk down Salutation Street. The first wooden door on the right is our storage. You will note that we have a keypad on the handle.
Please also note that we have a video surveillance on that door and nothing was ever stolen; but just as a precaution do not leave valuables, money or passports in the storage.
